Yellowfin Tuna is known for its fantastic flavor and tender, firm texture.
This product has been processed using latest technology in seafood processing. Using a flavourless, tasteless & odourless smoke this helps to stabilise the beautiful Southern Bluefin Tuna colour even when frozen, also helping to extend quality & shelf life.
Preparation: Defrost in the fridge. The loins can be used in a variety of ways, sashimi, steaks mince. Searing all sides of the loin on a high heat then baking in the oven will result in a very tender dish. You can do a salt and pepper crust or get creative with your own seasoning.
Availability: All year round while stocks last.
