Swordfish has pale white to pinkish flesh, with a high oil content that retains flavour and keeps the meat tender when cooked.
The texture is meaty, similar to premium cuts of beef, but it is very tender and has a very mild, slightly sweet flavour.
Thse schnitzels are cut to 1.5cm thick, perfect to crumb and cook into a seafood schnitzel!
Vaccum packed in twin packs.
Preparation: Ideal for grilling, pan-frying and roasting. Its use in raw dishes is increasing. Swordfish Carpaccio is also a popular dish.
