Squid is eaten in many cuisines. There are many ways to prepare and cook squid, with every country and region having its own recipes.
Preparation: All Squid should be cooked very fast (two minutes) or long (two hours) - anything in between may produce something very rubbery.
Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product.
