Wild caught Spanner Crab Meat from Fraser Island on Australia's Sunshine Coast by one of the few fisheries in the world to be endorsed by the World Wide Fund for Nature.
All Fraser Island Crab Meat is produced from live crabs and is picked, packed and rapidly super frozen to preserve its flavour and texture.
Preparation: Boil or steam for 12 - 13 minutes and immediately immerse in cold water to stop further cooking. Once cooked it is ready to use in your favourite recipe.
