Parrotfish flesh is pure white in colour with a mild flavour.  Flesh stays firm enough for any mode of cooking with thick firm textured flakes after cooking.

 

 

 

 

Preparation: Can be used in a variety of cooking methods including stews, fish soups and can also be fried with skin off. 

Product must be fully cooked prior to consumption.

Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product if defrosted.
