Nelson Oysters are caught locally and handled with care to maximise flavour and quality.
2nd grade Oysters are the same high quality as 1st grade, but may some some slight cuts on the edges from shucking, and may be slightly smaller.
Subject to catch, weather and availability
Availability: Fresh Oysters season is from approximately February to June each year. Frozen Oysters can be purchased year round while stocks last.
Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 5 days from pack date, check date on pottle.
