Fish Roe for your health: Fish Roe is a good source of Vitamin C, Thiamin and Folate and a very good source of Protein, Vitamin E (Alpha Tocopherol), Riboflavin, Vitamin B12, Phosphorus and Selenium.
Suggested Wines: Many smoked species are a little drier and need wine pairings that quench them. A Vintage Champagne, Rosé Sparkling Wines, Dry Riesling or a white Pinot Noir will pair well.
