Lookdown Dory, also known as King Dory, is found all around New Zealand. It is distinguished from the related Silver Dory and Mirror Dory by the grey fins and higher eye position-well above the upper jaw.
Preparation: These fillets have been fryer blanched and frozen. they are suitable for being pan-fried, air fried, or baked in the oven.
