Fresh from Mt Cook Alpine Salmon, these Salmon are known for their buttery flavour and silky, marbling texture with a subtle, clean taste and delicate texture unlike any other Salmon.

These whole Salmon have been gilled & gutted, ready to be prepared. They vary in size, but generally range from 2-3kg. The charge to your card will be adjusted up or down from your original order depending on the exact size of the fish supplied.
