Usually discarded, Tuna Tails is a cheap tuna alternative, very quick and easy to cook.

Preparation: Clean the fish tails briefly in running water and dry off. Slice the tails into steaks and marinate with a mixture of garlic, lemon juice and salt for 5 minutes or your preferred marinade. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side to avoid the meat becoming tough and chewy. Add the remainder of your marinade. Enjoy with a side of green salad.
