Swordfish Steaks can be cooked by grilling, BBQ, baking, smoking, poaching or ceviche. Swordfish is a very versatile fish lending itself to many types of cooking influences & styles; great Spanish style with choirzo sausage, saffron & oregano or try steamed with ginger & soy or great in a seafood Laska.
This is a wild caught product, caught off the West Coast of NZ by long line under the NZ Quota Management system which is recognised as one of the most effective in the world today.
Availability: Available frozen year round while stocks last. Fresh NZ Swordfish available March to August approximately.
Defrosting: for best results remove from box and thaw in your refrigerator overnight, once defrosted use within 2 days.
