This delicious and flavourful smoked salmon and spinach quiche is perfect for lunch or dinner and is very portable for a summer picnic or a weekday lunch box. 

Serve hot or cold with a salad and a baked potato.

Beautifully handcrafted by the Famous Maketu Pies combined with Solander's own Gourmet Smoked Salmon.  

Cooking instructions: For best results thaw pies in the fridge overnight and pre heat an oven to 180 degrees celcius and cook for 15-20min.  You can cook from frozen (40min) but  they are not as good done this way as the pastry can go a little hard.  We do not recommend heating them in the microwave.
