Preparation: Scallops are extremely versatile, they can be eaten raw, crumbed and deep fried, pan fried or use in any seafood dish. Be careful not to overcook as you will end up with a harsh and rubbery scallop.

Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product.
