Ocean farmed King Salmon grown in the pristine waters of Stewart Island’s Big Glory Bay in the deep south of New Zealand. This salmon is renowned for its quality and the remoteness in which it is grown.
These Sashimi Grade fillets are skin on and bone out and may vary from 800g to 1.5kg depending on what size fish it is cut from and blast frozen to maintain optimum quality and freshness.

Suggested Wines: As salmon is quite a meaty fish, if you grill or char it you can pair it with a red. Pinot Noir is a good match. If you prefer a white try a dry Pinot Gris. A fruity Pinot Noir is also a good wine match with Japanese style dishes such as salmon teriyaki.
