Salmon Collars 1kg/Frozen
Our Collars are taken from our premium grade Mt Cook Alpine King Salmon.
Preparation: Finish any thawing on a drip tray or rack so all moisture can drain away. Marinade in a mixture of soya sauce, sake & sugar or sweet rice wine. Otherwise any other fish type marinade will work. They are also good just seasoned with salt. Cook under the grill or on the BBQ. They are ready when the skin and meat starts falling away. Approx 3 minutes on each side, keeping an eye on them.
