Wild Blackfoot Paua have been shucked, gutted and snap frozen whole to maintain maximum quality and freshness.
Paua are revered for their meat, shells, and more recently for their ability to produce lustrous pearls that capture the colours in the shell.
Preparation: Once defrosted they are ready to be cooked as whole steaks or sliced and fried with your favourite accompaniments.
