Rig Fillets Skin Off Bone Out 500g/Fresh
Rig are mainly found around New Zealand usually in water no more than 200 metres deep. They are pale golden-brown to grey above with numerous small blue and white spots with white below. They have no spines or dorsal fins.
Preparation: Perfect as battered and fried for the classic "Fish N Chip" Meal.
