Scallops Tasmanian 500g/Frozen
Tasmanian scallops are strong and rich in flavour with a medium-firm texture. They have an orange roe and glossy white meat.
Preparation: Scallops are extremely versatile, they can be eaten raw, crumbed and deep fried, pan fried or use in any seafood dish. Be careful not to overcook as you will end up with a harsh and rubbery scallop.
Availability: All year round or while stocks last.
Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 3 days from receiving product if defrosted.
