Pie Butter Fish Curry/Frozen
Beautifully handcrafted by the Famous Maketu Pies combined with Solander's Gourmet Seafood.
Cooking instructions: For best results thaw pies in the fridge overnight and pre heat an oven to 180 degrees celcius and cook for 15-20min. You can cook from frozen (40min) but they are not as good done this way as the pastry can go a little hard. We do not recommend heating them in the microwave.
Storage: Keep frozen and once thawed store at 4 degrees. Product will keep for 7 days, do not refreeze.
Filling: Fish (44%), water, tomato, coconut milk powder (coconut milk solds, maltodextrin, milk proten, mineral salt (E339)), modified starch 1422, onion, butter, garlic mix (contains garlic granules, canola or soy oil, antioxidant (319)), vinegar, spices, sugar, salt.
Pastry: Wheat flour (gluten), margarine (anmimal fat, vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifier (471, 322), acidity regulator (500, 330), colour (160a), antioxidant (306), flavour [contains soybean products]), water salt, sorbex (gluten), dough relaxer (glueten)
Glaze: Water, super glossy, (low fat milk solids, lactose, sugar, raising agent (450), colour (160a)).
