Newly released Southern Glory Oysters, cultivated on Stewart Island, same species as the Bluff oyster but plumper and larger - delicious!! Approximately 24-32gm for each oyster.
Made famous by the annual Bluff Oyster & Food Festival, some say that Bluff oysters are the finest in the world. Southern Glory Oysters are grown slowly in the cold clean waters from Foveaux straight.
Availability: Southern Glory Oysters can be purchased online from November to June.
Shelf life: Best consumed on arrival or within 5 days from packed on date, check date on pottle.
