These delicious Mussel patties are hand made using the finest mussels. They are made from a special family recipe containing all natural ingredients just like your grandmother used to make! They come vacuum packed in bags of 1 dozen. They are available in tapas’ size (approx 15-20gm each) or 50gm size. Save all the hard work of making your own and serve these at your next dinner party or weekend lunch. The tapas size is perfect to serve with pre dinner drinks and the larger size works well as an entre or lunch.
Cooking instructions:
Mussel patties do not require thawing; they can be cooked straight from the freezer. Place frozen patties onto a barbie hot plate and brown each side and heat through. Alternatively place from frozen in a hot oven at 180deg c for 10 to15mins. Check they're heated right through. Season and serve with lemon wedges.
