Approximately 200-400gm each.

Paddle crabs have bright white flesh that is crisp and moist. Most commonly found in shallow water on sandy beaches, paddle crabs are caught with baited traps or pots.

Bream Bay Abalone's cocktail or baby paua are the ultimate taste and visual seafood experience.

The succulent, tender and versatile flesh can be prepared to suit the most exclusive menu and when presented in conjunction with the shimmering cobalt blue shell they create a 'wow' factor that leaves a lasting impression.

Koura is NZ's fresh water crayfish. Sourced from the crystal clear waters of the Wairau Valley, they are sweet and delicious like a large prawn or small crayfish. Cook as per crayfish. Chill in ice slurry and then add to boiling water for 3 minutes.

Approximately  50gm each.

Generally our crayfish are an A or B grade, which equates to a size of approx 500gms for A and approx 700gm for B. You can buy larger grades (C,D,E,F) of our fresh/live crayfish on request. These are subject to market prices at the time.

Fresh fish doesn't come any fresher. Taken straight from our live tanks and sent in a chilled state, ready for you to prepare in your favourite dish.
