Super Frozen is the process where Solander takes the very best fresh fish and snap freezes it to -60 deg Celsius (Japanese style) in under 3 hours. All super frozen product is then stored at this temperature until it is sold. This process is common practice in Japan and the super cold temperature ensures excellent colour, taste, texture and shelf life. This product range is available daily and can be couriered overnight. Its temperature will slowly rise in transit and can be stored in your freezer on arrival or placed in the chiller to finish the thawing process overnight.
