Frozen (-35°C)

Our frozen crayfish are an A or B grade, which equates to a size of approx 500gms for A and approx 700gms for B, please specify when ordering what size you would prefer.

Sold as H&G frozen pieces ranging from 2.5kg up to 6kg. Please advise your preference in size and we will pack as close as possible. Product requires thawing and cutting into steaks or other cuts ready for cooking.

Bluenose have firm textured flesh, which is moist and succulent. The pink/white flesh whitens on cooking.  Bluenose are regarded as premium fillets, which suit most cooking methods.
