Frozen (-35°C)

Paua have been shucked, gutted and snap frozen whole and then vacuum packed (paua are approximately 150gm each after processing). They are ready to be cooked as whole steaks or sliced and fried with your favourite accompaniments.

Our frozen crayfish are an A or B grade, which equates to a size of approx 500gms for A and approx 700gms for B, please specify when ordering what size you would prefer.

Frozen freeflow.

Soft Shell Crabs have bright white flesh that is crisp and moist. Most commonly found in shallow water on sandy beaches, soft shell crabs are caught with baited traps or pots.

Approximately 100gm each and frozen.

Extra Large Australian Prawns - mild, delicate & sweet flavour.

31-40 cutlets per kg.

Prawns can be peeled easily whether cooked or green. Remove legs from underside of body, this will enable you to peel the shell upwards towards the back and it will slip off quite easily in 2 or 3 pieces.

Crab meat is the bright white flesh of the crab. We've packaged it in 500g frozen quantities for convenient storage.
