Delicate, succulent, apricot-coloured flesh that whitens on cooking. It has a fairly low oil content.

Our throats are taken from our premium grade white warehou.  They are the throat section with pectoral fins attached.  The meat from this area melts in your mouth.  If you like pork belly and picking away delicious meat off the bones then these are for you.
