Frozen freeflow.

Packed 1-3 large frozen steaks per pack, steak sizes range from 400gm to 800gms approximately. Product requires thawing and re-portioning depending on how big you like your steak!

From brine, vacuum packed then frozen.

Sold as H&G frozen pieces ranging from 2.5kg up to 6kg. Please advise your preference in size and we will pack as close as possible. Product requires thawing and cutting into steaks or other cuts ready for cooking.

Anchovy are caught throughout the year around the North Island and north of the South Island, usually by net. Anchovies are popular in salads, as toppings, or made into sauces and pastes. SOLD OUT.
