Pre cut tuna steaks ready to cook (skinless & boneless) - Albacore Tuna Steaks are approximately 180g each.

Loin has been trimmed into a sashimi block (skinless and boneless).

Whole loin (skin on, belly on) - allows you to decide how to prepare, i.e. as sashimi or steaks.

This tuna portion has been cut from a whole loin into approximately 500gm sections and vacuum packed.

Mahi Mahi is delicious fish with a delicate, moist, slightly sweet flavour. When it's first caught its colours are brilliant blue and silver specked with yellow. They are a surface dwelling, ray-finned fish, found in tropical and sub-tropical waters.
