Blue or Striped Marlin, Whole Loin (Super Frozen)

Marlin is a popular choice for sashimi, and is great for barbecues when sliced into succulent Marlin steaks.

Both varieties of marlin have a high fat content, with a mild flavour, which make it highly suitable in sashimi and other raw fish dishes.

When buying Blue & Stripe Marlin frozen loins, varieties are substituted between each other depending on what is available. Specific requests will be met where possible.

Availability: Caught and available all year round. Weekly supply occasionally subject to catch.

Shelf life: Best consumed within 5 days of receiving product.
